Curriculum Development

I collaborated with current Strategic Communications faculty in updating our courses to move from 3 to 4 credits. I updated course descriptions, goals, outcomes, syllabi, and grading rubrics to reflect updates to the specific classes to match current industry trends.

  • Co-updated STCM 11100 to be a 4 credit classe beginning Fall 2024 with restructured topics and updated syllabus
  • Updated STCM 33000 to be a 4 credit classe beginning Fall 2024 by expanding projects and topics

During my time with SCAD, I taught undergraduate and graduate courses for the advertising and branding (ADBR) B.F.A. as well as the advertising (ADVE) M.A. and M.F.A. degrees. Through SCADpro, I managed authentic real-world collaborations between students, industry leaders, and working professionals by leading student projects that generate design solutions for influential brands. Industry and Student Collaboration Projects included:

  • six research and design sprints centered around the future in-car experience and extensions of smart mobility outside the car (Volvo 2019)
